I am actually in the Rearenesque position of still remaining publicly married to "my wife" the LP, out of a sense of duty.

Don't you mean "Reardonesque"?  :D
:duh:  yes

the outside-the-system movement.

I prefer "market-based activism".  It doesn't qualify us via "the system".

Perhaps "market activism" would be sufficient.

What about people that are not in the system, but aren't market-based?

Don't worry Sandy .... while you decide what to do and finish off your time with the LP ... the boys on the forum will have decided what are the proper terms to describe your views. ;)

Caleb

I like the term "Sandy". It's very descriptive.  :)

At the moment, I feel a big void, kind of like after spending almost every Sunday morning of my life in church and then, at age 18, making a very conscious and painful decision to *not* go anymore.

OK, that's quite enough heart-on-sleeve for one day!!    :P :blahblah:
As the Cardinal of the Shire I absolve you of any guilt for not spending every Sunday morning in some boring old church. :cardinal:

Maybe after a while you can take up writing on your blog again. Everyone seems to like your musings .... especially your heart-on-sleeve entries.

I wonder how Caleb gets his groceries without using the market? :neenerneener:
Do you grow your own corn :mf_farmer:
or do you force others to feed you :violent5:
or maybe just maybe .... do you voluntarily trade with others?  :walmart:

I have other people exclude me from land, so that I can rely on wage slavery to give me money, that I exchange for my necessities.   :P

sometimes. my grandpa grows corn in indy. but he has a rule, "no work, no eat", so when i deal with him, it is labor based.

If you aren't in the government system, you are by default in the market.  I could be wrong, but how else could it be?

Sandy, you're the queen of hearts-on-sleeves.  To me, thats your most admirable feature.
With many years of intensive work I may be as open as you.
