I don't believe they misquoted him...
His statement was the better path is to spread out, while the FSP is based on consolidation.
Different paths... but no disrespect to the FSP.

I'd say "engagement, vs. isolationism", and if that was his intent, he's very correct. (And "engagement" doesn't have to mean "inside the system".)

The FSP isn't in isolation... just regionally consolidated.

Correct. But "Paulville" is about isolation, in gated communities of like-minded thinkers.
