I'm taking a wild guess here and assume the bureaucrats are still breaking the law requiring them to sell this building:

What would happen if the doors were chained and padlocked one night, and film crews where there the next morning when the lawbreakers came back to work? They would likely call some public agency (other gang members) to come cut the chains off the door. At some point the law could be pointed out to them by a member of the public, which wouldn't likely make any difference. Of course it would show that these people are nothing but gang members who follow the law when it suits them to do so.

What do you think?

Highline - Any laws that support doing something about this? A citizens arrest or something like that? Why is it the government laws only seem to apply to the governed?
