Is anyone familiar with the website Global Research and/or its writers?  I just read a very scary article that was forwarded to me from that website and am trying to guage its (the website's) trustworthiness.

Synopsis of article: former U.S. military wargames strategist believes that 9-11 was a false flag operation by the U.S. government, and that the cities of Houston, Chicago and Portland, OR are at the top of the list for the next 9-11.  Plans indicate that Houston or Portland may be nuked.

i like him. other people consider him a whackjob conspiracy theorist. He is infinitely more cautious, though, even than the scholars for 911 truth.
