I removed my account of the incident so that the prosecution cant use it.  Evan's office left me a vmail on Friday while I was at PorcFest and told me that the arraignment has been waved, so I dont have to go in tomorrow.  But I dont know what my court date is yet.

I am going to call Evan tomorrow and find out, but for now, I am going to have to go silent on what our plans are, just in case the prosecution decides to read it.
