You need to understand that Black's definitions do not matter. The legislature always defines words to mean exactly what they want them to mean.

See New Hampshire Chapter 259 for example.

I know that's the rumor the BLG circulates around it's cult known as the bar. Today I believe that's true, but if you go back to Black's earlier 4th edition (I think), then the definitions are all based on supreme court rulings, which makes them valid. I don't understand what your saying, the legislation doesn't define all of the words it uses, so what's the valid cross reference Highline? Am I supposed to read through 80-90% of the law to understand what each of the words and terms mean? Oh, wait I see, that's the point isn't it? There really isn't one source, making the court system overwhelming and incomprehensible to the masses, while simultaneously giving the BLG's courts the ability to warp the laws, terms, and words in any manner that suits them.

Yep, sign up here for your State approved and certified Lawyer, he's guaranteed to be pro-state and can tell you what your "options" are for this mess you've gotten into. :) What a Scam!

Freestater Held at Gunpoint for Lack of Government Paperwork  (Headlines are my favorite part of running the paper  :D )

The cop had his gun on him before he knew about the lack of government paperwork

Well, may you use this?  Look to the 1781 malitia act also.  As far as  I see it, you were kidnapped by a hostil force, extra Constitutional.

Woohoo!  Evan Nappen is going to take my case, he seems like a really good guy.  Going to call back tomorrow to set an appointment to meet him.

Well, that was actually a concern for me, because I spoke to Penny Dean first, she wanted $4000 retainer, then  she referred me to Cathy Green who wanted $3500 retainer.  I certainly dont have anywhere close to that amount of money, so I was worried that I would have the same problem with Evan, but he told me that he would work with me, a price wasnt set, but I have a feeling that he will be competitive and will accept regular payments rather than a large up front retainer.
