I'm just all kinds of impressed with this local (Texarkana) musician by the name of Jonathan Elder, aka Tinroof Sunburn. He placed third in the Bushman World Ukulele contest, which is how he made the local newspaper. Now he's working at a local music store, Mic'd Music. Word has it he's a great guitarist, and good on every other instrument he picks up.

His prize-winning video:

Gotta love a ukulele rag.  ;)

Guy Clark & Emmylou Harris, "I Don't Love You Much, Do I?" (with Los Lobos as the backup band).

Yeah, this was 16 years ago when she was "only" 46, but good Gawd, has any woman ever aged so beautifully? Not just aged beautifully, but grown even more beautiful with age? And her voice has grown better with every passing decade.

Now that I got my new Hackintosh running, being able to watch video and audio is kinda cool.  ;D 8)

It's not that the music is so good.
But there is just something about this video
that really holds your attention.
