What happened --

10 people came in protest of what they're doing to Russell.
Judges robes:  denied entry.
Russell pled not guilty.
The government made nice women cry and ruined a bunch of people's lives.
The city of Keene still hasn't taken our names off the voter rolls.  We're going to go in once a week and film us asking them to take us off.

Hmm, on your other thread it says Oct 19.  Did I mishear?  I thought it was Aug.

I don't see the point in a trial if nobody is paying anyway. Perhaps waste more of their time? I'll plan on going nonetheless.

so, what's the max sentence?  And if you're found guilty, what do you expect the sentence to be?

the support and the robes were appreciated
not much happened today, since I stretched it out by saying I was "not guilty of hurting anyone"
they rejected the robes out in the hall ... there was low levels of scuttlebutt because of our group and the camera

If I am lucky, they would drop it. They might want some money from me, which I would not want to pay.

I don't know. You could call the police prosecuter in Keene and ask him for me. That would help us get info and might help me get punished less.
If they say I am guilty of the current "complaint" ... then it will add to 1 year in jail after 3 of them ... up until now, they have been lowering it to something else. Last time they wanted some money that was taken care of by my 14 days in jail.
