He dared to drive without their permission.  Such an 'evil' 'crime'.  They pulled him over because they recognized him.  Not even the phony pretext of safety.
Be there to show support for a good friend.   :)

can the case be thrown out because of lack of probable cause?

could it be turned around as racial/personal conflict profiling?

I doubt it, they recognized him, and they know he doesn't have all his papers in order.
Besides, Russell doesn't cooperate typically in these matters anyway, because he doesn't recognise their authority.

I will probably be pleading guilty of not having government papers.

What is the time of the trial.

Will you be pleading guilty and paying, or pleading guilty and refusing to pay any extortion?

Russell Kanning

I don't see any reason to pay the big mafia any money.

I wouldn't be surprised if old "Shame Maxfield" dropped the charges to make it appear that he is a "good cop". It would keep their sharade going for the few who have been fooled by them. "Shame" had the opportunity THEN to look the other way and ignore Russell but he didn't and as I said earlier, this showed his true colors.

But I will bet the gooners are all talking about what has transpired and how to handle it. By dropping the charges they can continue their deceptions and carry out their lame attempt to win over a few people.

"Shame on Shane"
Just look at his avatar pic. It says it all. And I find it odd as he must think its a cool picture of himself. Little does he realize how ugly and unappealing it is. He wants to portray that he is a "badass". Hes not badass, he's just plain just BAD. His talk was cheap. His actions showed what he's made of.

Why would you do that?

A plea of guilt means that you acknowledge the need for government papers to travel.

Jitgos

Hopefully I'll be in Keene by then and can not stand for the judge with you guys.

Russell Kanning

it is just another random thing ... that really is fun

John Edward Mercier

If you really wish to for a placed on file without finding... shouldn't be that hard.

Isn't it just an acknowledgment that he didn't have them?

"You didn't have government papers."
"That's right."

I don't have a government license ... what else can I say?

John Edward Mercier

I think it depends on the judge and your personal determination.
A good judge will look at intent (Not all judges go this way). An example would be speeding only a mile or two over the limit. You would be guilty of speeding, but intent would be in question.

The original reason for your failure to possess a license is in the process of being fixed.
The State of California through its lack of expedience has placed a burden on you.
Depending on your intent the judge may deem that a guilty finding will just further the burden rather than provide resolution.

I believe you are abusing my good nature by demanding that I continue to beg your permission to drive a car.
Your insistence that I continue to beg your permission is both a financial and ethical burden upon my person.
As I have prooven my ability to drive at the age of sixteen and the court has not show any evidence to the contrary I demand repayment for my pain and suffering at the hands of this court, the Police Dept. of Keene, the State of New Hampshire and every other jurisdiction that has demanded monies in lieu of permission to drive.
