Little seems superior to mini while still supplying the necessary connotation.

Further more mini seems weak, demeaning while little is less abrasive.  Little is a better prefix.

As the owner of the property I'm assuming this refers to, I vote for "Little Minnesota". The connotation is that of a place where immigrants can coalesce so as to make their transition to a different society less shocking.

Since Minnesota is more 'left' than Assachusetts, coming to a place with as much freedom as New Hampshire can take some adjusting.

Besides, "Little Minnesota" is already on all the literature  ;D

not only is Ron choosing the wrong name ... but I believe he is squatting on the land where our MiniMinnesota project is taking place
