Who is Doug and why is that guy wearing a mask?

Doug is a libertarian stand-up comic.  For a while in 2007, he was threatening to run for the Libertarian Party's Presidential nomination, which is why I assume he's got these shirts lying around.  As to why he's wearing a mask... some stones are best left unturned.

I don't think that's Stanhope in the pic though. He isn't that stocky. Although he could have put on weight I guess.
