I have all those codecs installed. My default player for .wav is Movie Player and it says it doesn't use those codecs. I tried opening it with a different player and that wasn't working either. I'll try one or two more.

Bizarre.. The format is just plain GSM. Everything under the sun should play it. I'll change the codec. But the messages will be larger.
