Before anyone decides to enter a Court of Law, the first thing that you must understand is the difference between the legal definitions of words compared to the way words are commonly understood.

For example, the following words all have legal definitions:

1. Person
2. Individual
3. Drive
4. Travel
5. Automobile
6. Motor-Vehicle
7. Registration
8. License
9. Resident
10. U.S. Citizen
11. Sovereign state Citizen
12. Tax Payer
13. Employee

Now I could go on, but I think you get the picture- which is, if you fail to understand the legal definitions of these words within the Courts' jurisdiction, then you run the risk of unknowingly subjugating yourself to their rules and regulations.

Now if you truly want to understand how to win a traffic case- please listen to the following audio files.

The lecturer's name is Richard James, McDonald-
