Interesting, especially the point about the danger of a single world government. Today there are still multiple of governments in the world which indeed forces them to compete, to an extent, in order to attract subjects.

Of course, that is nothing like a true free world market since the jurisdiction of a given government (a country), or all its supposed "public property" is appropriated by force rather than by a voluntary contract. Also, one way these governments sometimes "compete" is through war which is another anti-free market phenomenon.

But it's nevertheless an interesting point. It just underscores the dangers these unions around the world pose (EU, NAU, USAN etc.).

World govt isn't a bad thing, Its almost necessary to sustain the planet. How long do you think planet earth will be able too feed competitive prosperity? Not very long, it will consume the planet, we are already feeling the pinch right now with India industrializing, and its just going to get worse. Heres a theory, The NWO are the evil bastards that support such theories as Patriotism, they want us(nations) to keep squabbling with eachother for who gets what, while they sit back on their luxury liner. We have to work together, and the only people who can hold the elite accountable would be a world govt, you already see how easy it is for the elite to control individual nations, send a powerful nation like america on a killing spree across the world to keep everyone distracted.

So failings of overreaching and intrusive government can be solved by an even larger bureaucracy? The people who would run a world government would be the super elite. Smaller means more accountable. More government is not the answer. The free market will solve all problems if given the opportunity.
