This Judd Gregg is a menace to society at large in NOT doing his job.  Bob Wolffe and Jason Gerhard in the "Ed Brown" anti-I.R.S. case are heading to the B.O.P. (Bureau of Prisons) for #__ years in the plural unless they can win on appeal of their case from the U.S. District Court in Concord, N.H. to the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, MAss. as yet another court in non-compliance with their state statutes too, see Attorney Larry Becraft's excellent website on this from Huntsville, Alabam over at http://www.constitution.org/juris/fjur/1fj-ba.htm to be exact, for Art. I, Sec. 8, Clause 17 U.S. Const. to N.H. R.S.A. Ch. 123:1 of there being NO federal filing with our N.H. Secretary of State as required by both the law and this statute!!

To win an appeal of their 30 months and 20 years respectfully (the latter actually 11 years with con-current sentences). And prevent any sentence upon Cirino (Reno) Gonzales, set for Friday, September 26th, (currently at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen, N.H.) and Daniel J. Riley on: _________ ___, 2008 after his psysco-val from where he is currently down at Fort Devens in MAss.achusettts.

The violation being that of the Feds with this Judge Singal from Portland, Maine a hypocrite at sentencing last Thursday for saying that they must have "respect for the law", to who I say: yes, your dis-honor for NOT following 18USC3232 in that all proceedings pre-trial, "shall" be had in the jurisdictional territory or "district" where the alleged crime occurred since the end does NOT justify the means for procedural due process of law!  Those who say and do otherwise have violated their oaths of office and must be impeached! removed from office forthwith!
