IN SEARCH OF...

an endorsement to my complaint to the sub-committee of the House Judiciary Committee that is the over-sight committee to look into the illegal expenditure of tax dollars legally appropriated to the judicial branch, but wrongly spent as against the law:

Title 18 U.S. Code, Section 3232: all proceedings shall be had withIN the district of where the alleged offense occurred.

The District of New Hampshire is withIN the First Circuit.

So the transport of inmates and payments to their attorneys from New Hampshire over to see Judge Georg Z. Singal in Portland, Maine is illegal!  That can ONLY occur by Local Rule 77.5 in a CIVIL case, or when the Defendant files a Motion in a CRIMINAL case, that was NOT done by ANY of these four defendants:

Bob Wolffe, Jason Gerhard, Cirino Gonzalez, nor Daniel J. Riley in case #07-cr-189 at the U.S. District Court in Concord, New Hampshire, as the Ed Brown Freedom Four against the I.R.S.

This is CRIMINAL on THEIR/ the gov'ts part! and so to file CRIMINAL charges against the agents and agency involved at both the local and County level, starting with Danny's case and so with simple assault charges in Dover District Court and a "Presentment" at the Strafford County Superior Court this Friday, August 15th (as the 3rd Friday of the month), or else to go for Obstructing Justice charges against the Clerk there in Dover District Court too!

In the meantime, a sit-in scheduled for today from 3-5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 5th at Gregg's Concord, N.H. Office by the lights across from the "Holiday Inn" at the crossroads of Loudon Road and North Main Street http://gregg.senate.gov/ or until an answer has been received by me that he has signed my complaint (past tense), on file there or the substitute original with Hodes' office, and delivered to that sub-committee to get this investigated started!

Yours truly, - - - - - - - - - - Joseph S. Haas, P.O. Box 3842, Concord, N.H. 03302, Tel. 603: 848-6059 (cell phone), e-mail: JosephSHaas at hotmail dot com

P.S. The plan is to clog his parking lot with cars for up to two hours today and then head over to Rollins Park, Concord for the cookout/ tickets: $5.00 each from the Police Dept. Safety Patrol, re: the poster at Concord City Library, free to all drivers who park there today for the full up to 2 hours), and then again on Thursday, August 7th in the a.m., break for a free BBQ on The Heights at Eames Insurance and Real Estate (every Thursday this Summer, per the poster at the Lincoln-Mercury dealer on Manchester Street, Concord 11 am -1:30 p.m. hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and a drink, open to the public), and then back for the afternoon, awaiting the answer that he's signed it.
