the place with the neglected small orchard ... and the original site of the first planted apple trees in grafton
the crabapples are red all over the place ... also some leaves are changing

For some reason this was in my mind as being in Oct.
I am working over time that weekend and will not be
able to participate in the full and wide ranging events. :'(

the birds are particularly busy this morning at the farm ... one just hit the big window ... I can also see red apples on the trees

the wind was messing with the canopy and the apple destroyer was holding it up ... now the legs are clamped on
