Caucasian Shepherd Dog, reputed as the meanest dog in the world (and huge, to boot!). It goes back to a thread Rainey started some time ago:

Thanks for linking the threads KB.    I would never get a dog like this that's for sure.  I have always said there's no way I'm getting a dog that I'd be afraid of.    I have to have the aplha,  ( I think that's what it's called), position over any dog that lives with me.  I hope that sounded okay!
