his chest did hit the cop's hand when the cop was merely moving towards him.  The reporter should know better than to not do what a fat fuckin' cop says.

They'll most likely use a Disorderly Charge, which is sufficient to put him in a cage for a while. The next day, the DA will decide to be nice and drop the charges (which wouldn't stick to begin with).
Learn your local Disorderly Conduct statute, and call a cop's bullshit when he threatens to charge you with it. You'll still probably go to jail, but it's a lot more fun getting there

the pacifist position, imo, is a highly moral one, it can not be condemned or judged.. it must be respected..  in armed conflicts between peoples or states the pacifists have been there... they have been in the trenches repairing the shattered bone and torn flesh of the wounded... they have been in the field hospitals saving the lives of the combatants...  they are in the rehab centers encouraging young men to walk on their new metal legs..  and as a reward they are at best maligned, at worst imprisoned...

as the state arms itself out of its fear of its people, as they further militarize their municipal police forces, deaths, abuses, and murders at the hands of the state's police have increased... this fact has been published, testimonies made and filed away as the state's killers go free...

the communication i posted was sent to the cities hosting the conventions of the war parties... its not violent rhetoric, its a statement promoting self defense against the violence of the state... which is worse, violent rhetoric and the willingness to defend ones self, or the continuing violence of the state?  violence in self defense is not a crime....

in the face of violence i can no longer be a pacifist... i tend to fight back soon after spitting out my teeth....
