   What alarms me even more than the call, is that the caller alleges they were in plain clothes following them from the gun shop.   If anyone makes contact with him, find out which gun shop it was and post here please.

 :-\  That isn't too far from here.  Drugs are a general purpose 'probable cause' or something like that.  They will always be evasive with their excuses, they they are not liable.  If they arrested him on some other charge, they will tell the judge they thought they smelled pot, and the judge will likely accept that as okay.   ::)

There were multiple lengthy messages to Porc-411 with this situation. Some of you didn't get all the messages because the attachments were large and your mail servers have absurdly low message size limits.

FYI, if anyone runs their own Postfix server, add something like this to /etc/postfix/main.conf (sizes in bytes), and then restart the server:—

mailbox_size_limit = 1073741824
message_size_limit =  104857600

Is this the same guy from VT who called in to report that police followed him and his wife through Walmart because he was open carrying?  This was probably several weeks ago.
