Some how I missed the actual 'Plan'.

He did mention in the video that the plan is going to be revealed close to the date of the project, and only to the folks who sign up to participate. After I signed up, this statement was on the website (I can only assume that many people wrote to him to ask what the plan is):
"I know you are wondering why not tell us. Simple, and nothing personal. The only way we can be absolutely sure our plans are not compromised is to keep it on a need to know basis until necessary to pass on. Only a select few coordinating the efforts has it all. This project is that important to us, to you , and the misled citizens. We are taking great care in making sure this works."
So yeah, its a bit mysterious and all, but it makes sense that they should keep the plan under wraps - you don't know who you can trust these days.

Looks worth promoting. I signed up at http://www.usa180.org/playball. The big action next week is said to involve sending emails and faxes and posting messages and press releases to certain organizations and people on 2 days between Monday and Thursday [Sep 8 - 11] as well as on the weekend. The text and recipients won't be disclosed until the time arrives. If there are any other tasks, they're said to be easy to do.
