I will have a flyer specific to law enforcement with an emphasise on choosing to 'Arrest me or Ignore me'. 

Will they have checkboxes like those things from middle school where you go: "Want to go out? Check Yes or No" ?

nah.  But since they like to believe that 'I' am doing something to get into trouble, I will put the blame and choice back on the first line of enforcement, the police.

Ran into Lt. Maxfield.  He asked me about the hot dogging.    

This can't be the end of this story. Maxfield is a talkative enough guy. Did he say anything interesting about it?

We actually talked for several minutes.  I suggested he visit, he said he wouldn't be on duty.  He didn't say much about it.  We at some point talked about gardening, including container gardening for a couple minutes.  He's a likable guy, too bad he works for the police.

This reminds me of when I was dating a Jewish guy. I asked him if I should have my wiener blessed by a Rabbi so it will be kosher.
