Even though I could vote for him, I'm very surprised to see Russell deciding to work inside the system by running for office!

I have a committee studying the idea. I will go to our family's fall retreat in northern new england and make a decision in the coming weeks. I am not sure if this will effect my family too much or conflict with my duties as Cardinal of the Shire.
