I know it's been nice that summer finally arrived in New Hampshire this week, but it looks like there's a tropical storm headed in this direction. We probably won't get much of it, except perhaps for a lot of rain and some flooding.

Isn't that enough for you?

well Keene got 20 inches from Katrina ... maybe it can keep it down to another 5" like we had that day last month. I will be watching the rain run down the basement walls.

I'm glad. I hate this hot weather.

Don't go outside, then. "Tropical" means hot and humid, after all.

The rain's already here. And it looks like it will continue through tomorrow.

I don't have AC. I don't have to go outside to feel the suck.  :(
And today was pretty bad. Bleh.

Me/we like NH/NE weather! Very natural . . .
Feds (and other wimpy government people) call interesting natural weather "a state of emergency."
I love Freedom. I love interesting weather.
LIFE is always interesting? LET'S NOT BE AFRAID!  ;)

I can now. I remember when I had lived in L.A. for eight years and moved back to Georgia for a while. I was like "There's water coming out of the sky! WTF!"

I wish I held off a week to have my driveway raked....  time to get it raked again...
