Totalitarian leaders always seem to have super human recovery abilities but it works like the invisible guy on Mystery Men. It never works if anyone is looking at them.

I thought it really funny that he turned up gravely ill after it was reported that he had been dead since 2005 and some actor has been impersonating him.
