Chief Information Officer.

Job description includes: Enterprise responsibility for strategic technology planning and its deployment and use throughout the organization. Responsibility also includes management and administration of Service Credit Union Information Technology and Telecommunications infrastructure. High degree of overall knowledge relative to major data communication networks with specific knowledge of the Summit Software Information Systems (Fiserv) and PBX/voice communications. This would encompass knowledge of UNIX, Microsoft Window's WANS/LANS, PCs, mini & mainframe platforms, Frame Relay, Server, Hub and Router technologies, Ethernet, T1 & ISDN, Interactive Voice Response Units (IVR's) and major hardware solutions such as Hewlett Packard, Dell and others. Knowledge of ATM Networking and Intercept Processing, Imaging and other related technologies are also required.

Requirements include a minimum five years management experience within the Information Technology-Telecommunications arena; Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent required. Master's Degree preferred. Sound working knowledge of data communication and telecommunications networks.

Rochester In-Store/ Financial Service Representative – 1 Part-Time Position:  Candidate will identify and develop sales opportunities for the credit union and deliver outstanding service to credit union members in addition to performing all account-related services in a fast paced in-store branch environment.

Salem Branch/Member Service Supervisor – 1 Full-Time Position: Candidate will provide full-range of member and loan services. Supervise other member service representatives and perform all branch duties during absences of management. In addition, will provide detailed information concerning all credit union accounts, dividends, policies and all member services. Plus, will serve as an Assistant Treasurer and Loan Officer.

Rochester Branch/Special Accounts Representative – 2 Full-Time Positions:  Locate/contact delinquent members by telephone and mail.  Document all collection activities and perform account maintenance.  Determine best course of action to collect a debt and reduce delinquencies.  Includes negotiation of new terms, plus recommendations to repossess.

Lebanon Branch/Real Estate Loan Specialist – 1 Full-Time Position: Candidate will interview applicants to develop information concerning their needs and desires to assist in meeting their financial goals regarding Service Credit Union's products and services. This includes but is not limited to general inquiries, pre-approval requests and oral and written applications. Responsible to work efficiently in a team environment to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all real estate loan origination responsibilities and credit union goals.
