I will pray that Lauren not be mistreated, and that her kidnappers release her soon.

lastlady

Lauren I hope you are released ASAP! I'm praying for your safety and that you are treated as the lady you are. I admire you greatly and can't thank you enough for all your acts of bravery and courage! I stand by you and support you!

FREE LAUREN NOW!!!!

Kat Kanning

One charge was failure to appear, and the other was from the original arrest I believe, so probably refusing to obey.

Re:  demonstration Monday - sounds like a good idea.

Tom Sawyer

Well done Kat.  8)

Weasels, thugs and sycophants are the creatures that inhabit the "Ministry of Love".

Many of the enforcers involved don't seem comfortable with treating Lauren this way. The villians appeared to be Gary "Aren't I a Nice Guy" DiMartino, the "Weasely Prosecutors" (don't know their names), and Judge Muirhead; who can't give her a fair trail from the comments he made at the hearing.

Come out and show your support for Lauren and take your opportunity to see  what passes for "Justice" in America.

Russell Kanning

I will make plans to show up for Lauren's trial in my capacity as Cardinal of the Shire.

I think it will be good for Lauren to see many of her supporters on Wednesday.

It would be helpful if everyone would query their local, state or federal authorities about Lauren Canario.
I think the most information could be garnered from the US Marshal's office.  They seemed very friendly every time Lauren called to try and get her camera back... it was like, 18 times.

Say what? She was originally ticketed for having the wrong face!?  A V-for Vendetta mask that they didn't like seeing in their IRS Office in Keene?  This reminds me of an old Twilight Zone episode with "Beverly Hillbillies" co-star Donna Douglas (born: 26Sept.1933) as Janet Tyler (revealed), see: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0734568/ of 1960 for "Eye of the Beholder". Isn't that a rented space NOT owned by the Federal gov't? Then HOW can they have jurisdictional authority in Concord? at the Warren B. Rudman Federal Building! and especially when the Feds have no RSA Ch. 123:1 paperwork on file with Bill Gardner's Office of Secretary of State from 1-8-17 U.S. Const. Lauren: make them prove jurisdiction!

Isn't trespass a state crime?  Then WHY didn't the Feds call the local COPs to come to have her arrested?  For a trial in Keene District Court. Does this mean that on my PRIVATE property that if I catch a trespasser I can hold my own court for summary execution!?  Of course not!

In N.H. we also have the RSA Ch. 627:8 right to use force to retake our property unlawfully taken.  So when Lauren was arrested walking up the road to the Browns, again: just because the Feds claimed that area as some federal operation, they were on state soil, and so THEFT of the camera!  Did Lauren ever file an RSA Ch. 637:__ theft charge in local district court there?  I doubt it. And now the 1-year statute of limitations is up for a criminal action against the Feds, but not a civil action withIN three (3) years by RSA Ch. 508:4.

But back to the trespass charge for not leaving when asked: what did she do while there? Face forward and peering into the eyes of the workers dis-tracting them from their working? Did "they" ever ask her to do an "about face"? Yes: they did ask her to leave with her mask. but that she is entitled to be there between the operating hours of what? 9 to 5?  WHEN did they arrest her? BEFORE 5:00 o'clock p.m.?  IF so then they violated her freedom of association rights that are supposed to be a guarantee by the First Amendment to the United States Const. The right to associate with other victims that might cross the threshold there to their doom.  The right to be in the public area of the office. And if the Feds don't like looking out the glass window(?) then why did they?  Because Lauren was talking too, and told to shut up but didn't? There are a lot of unknowns here.  And hopefully the trial will be THE place to assert them, but which court? is MY question!

IF the Federal court, then Lauren: you ought to know about the Don Boothe case #______ of a few years ago when "they" (the entire U.S. Senate) charged him with trespass for NOT leaving AFTER the 5:00 p.m. closing time at Sen. Judd Gregg's old office on the 1st floor of where he is still at the same building on North Main Street Concord to where we all ought to go to after the hearing to complain that he investigate this federal unlawfulness, clogging his parking lot until he provide us with an answer in writing signed by him and not some lackey that he WILL investigate!  The clog to unclog like when the owner of The Prescription Center starts asking why his customers can't find a parking space in the same building, necessitating him to what: cordon off the parking lot into two sections for future business? But Don insisted on an "accounting" from his Senator that did over-ride any stahling tactic like: see you tomorrow, we're shutting the doors, and you've got to be on the OTHER side of the door. I write the over-ride word because guess who won the case? Don! aged: 80+ year originally from Canterbury, and now of Concord with the Quaker Peace Action on the 2nd floor at 4 Park Street, Concord, N.H. The Quakers a great bunch, and especially in the 1980s when I read a tract that a servant doffs his hat to his master, not vice versa, and so when to Concord District Court one day for driving without a license (re: Case 83-S-313 at Merrimack County that was nol prosed on appeal) the Bailiff refused to let me enter with my hat on, resulting in a default, and my appeal to the Supremes, thanks to John Alden Steele, Jr.'s excellent work as a paralegal citing the equal rights to women with their Easter Bonnets etc. So WHY not masks too?

Good luck Lauren.  I'll be there for you @ 1:15 p.m. = fifteen minutes before then and to be a witness in courtroom #__ where I could again stand up with my hat on and call out to this Magistrate of: Point of Order, like I did to "Captain" Singal from Maine in the other case for Danny, Jason, Reno and Bob, but don't want to be escorted out of the courtroom by the Marshal "goons" again, and who knows? Maybe next time: arrested for disorderly conduct for calling a point or "order"!? Put in shackles and to the dungeon too* until AFTER Reno's case this Fri., Sept. 26th @ __:_ am/p.m. My case against the top goons Monier and DiMartino still in the court in Rhode Island as pulled there unlawfully from the Merrimack County Superior Court. So Lauren: YOU have the opportunity to make your own "point of order" of calling the Magistrate to prove jurisdiction, but will ANY of this information get to you BEFORE next Wednesday? A copy of this going out in the mail to you this morning for a postmark and delivery on Monday to wait and see if the Feds decide to put in on hold to you until AFTERward?

Best wishes, - Joe * arrested by Feds in Manchester at the Norris Cotton building a few years ago during a public auction for my friend Andy Tempelman of then Milford now Nashua for his Ram in the Thicket Restaurant for asking the I.R.S. a question BELIEVE IT OR NOT! put in handcuffs and taken to the basement and given a ticket too, but that dissolved as they knew they had no case.
