Answer: no! if on City property.  THE sidewalk IS owned by the city.  They/ the Federal "goons" have no jurisdiction there.  If they capture her that way, then I'd be right over to the Merrimack County Superior Court putting in a claim to the Grand Jury for a Presentment of kidnapping against the federal officer(s) involved, with courtesy copy to the County Attorney who might like to substitute my Presentment with an Indictment. Also another copy to the Concord P.D. to see the Prosecutor for to file assault charges, and if not then to have exhausted that avenue too, to file them myself as a private prosecutor in Concord District Court.  Giving the state gov't the opportunity to go after them for jail time, or by my way of a fine-only conviction possibility. Reference my case in Vol. ____ N.H. Reports ___ (198__) of State (by Haas) v.s. [James H.] Rollins (of Ashland, N.H.).

Yes.  The feds still have a legal dispute with her.  It would be wise to have a camera(s) near Kat if she goes.  Catch the thugs on film doing what they do best.

Yeah Wed. is the time for me. The court room is the party for Lauren. We don't know when we will be able to speak with her again.

Talk to her before the trail. Ask her if they are keeping her in a cold cell. That is the description I have heard from more than one source.

Try to make her and her friends smile or even laugh. That is the best we can do for our friend.

Dude, FMTV should totally shoot on location.  Lauren is an important part of their show.  The feds have stolen their Director!
