Great idea. Bureaucrats can't claim the masks, etc, are at all suspicious because it's Halloween! They wouldn't even have reason to approach you.

Except that we'd be in front of the school, and they don't like that.  They told us we'd be "cited" for trespass if we set foot on "school property" (that I pay 60% of property taxes for!).
