Keene roadtrip Wednesday morning

My roommate and I are planning on going to Keene Wednesday morning to watch the city code enforcer explain how a resident's perfectly usable and used lawn seating is either "rubbish,"  "garbage," "trash," "debris," a "dead animal" or "discarded material."
