Laughing at them and asking questions.

I love how at the fed court, over the last week, the audience laughed at the incompetence of the bureaucrats several times.

In this video from outside, the activists (well, maybe just Roger) laugh at a prick cop:

Some angry man in a costume steps out of his car and utters what are essentially nonsensical questions like, "Why are we here today?" and "Do we have a permit for being here?".  This jerk deserves to be laughed at.  We should do more of this.  Laughter really helps destroy their legitimacy.

Something that should be practiced is asking questions instead of answering them.  Dave was the only one who was doing that consistently in the above video.  (Dave has had many opportunities to practice this.)  If everyone was asking questions, he'd have been totally flummoxed.

Some good return questions for the costumed man would have been,
"Who is we?"
"What's your name?" or try making an offer: "I'll tell you my name if you'll give me your business card, first."  This guarantees you get his info.  In return you give him your first name, or whatever name you want to give him.
"Why are you here today?"
"Do you need a permit to be here?"
"Why do you need to identify me?"
"What do you mean by "disorderly conduct"?"

Humor is a powerful thing.

More people than one were laughing at his silly question. 

Ignoring and walking away is very effective also. Russell, Kat and Kira are great examples of this.
