I'm a bit conflicted on several things these day (including the court date (arraignment?) of another FSPer & friend on this same day) but I'm leaning VERY heavily (99.9%) in this direction.

I've been thinking about a general strategy for the/we NEW 21st CENTURY MEDIA -ie. FREE PRESS camera people and other more "traditional" reporters as we move towards the dangerous, giant, & violent beast.
I'll post more about the strategy ideas soon.

I have final pretrial conference on 11/07 at 9am   then  trial on 11/10   @ 9am . My lawyer suggested to opt out of jury trial and just go in front of judge I hope i made the right choice ,at first i said i wanted a jury trial  but my lawyer said i would be better off with the judge that will be hearing my case , at my last hearing the judge told the prosecutor that i was hardly the crime of the century and to work things out with my lawyer  so i expect theyll be making an offer before court. which is merrimack county superior court  163 n. main st.  concord
