I'm willing to pay a fair price for a really good inspection and evaluation for repairs & renovations of a couple of buildings I'd like to buy. I'm very serious about this. Lloyd? Would you be able to do something like this? Would you be able to with assistance from one or more other construction specialists? This will also lead to work if I'm able to buy this property and I'm confident I will be able to. Please contact me by email for details.

Note: This could mean a decent porc manor in the Keene area.

That's great news Dale!  I hope it works out!  Keene desperately needs a Porc Crib!  (go go go man!) ;D

I would be willing to do it Dale, but, Jim and, probably, Roger could do it and are closer.  I don't know a lot about furnaces and electrics. As I think I mentioned the other day the BANK would probably like to see a report from their inspector, but, Stooges Construction should be able to at least tell you if you are crazy to buy it.
Roger and Jim have been roofing and, unless your roof is really bad can probably save you from replacing it for a few years.
I will give you my best deal on any work you have for me.

you can ask for roofing guys to give you an estimate for the work .... then double it and figure they will never finish ... then hire your friends instead and have the work done right :)
