My AT&T cell service w/ 2000+ rollover mins

AT&T said I could transfer my old plan over to someone else who wanted it and they'd get my rollover mins and any other benefits, like I think you'd get a discount on a phone upgrade since I fulfilled my 2 year contract. I think it also avoids any sign-up fees you'd normally incur. You just start paying the plan in my place- a little under $50 a month and it seems impossible to run out of mins. I just didn't need that many. It's already canceled but it can still be transferred for a while if I recall. Just let me know. They can change the GA to NH also and I don't think there's any charge for that.
