We have two turkeys, 27+ lbs, provided by Puke and Menno.
They should be done thawing, the turkeys, about midnight.  Into the oven at 7:30am.  Cooled and carved by 1:00pm.

jim i have a 8' leg foding table that i can bring if you need it ,i  will be in touch with you in the am and if you can use it i will stop at my house and get it. might be able to find a couple bar stools or lawn chairs whadya think?
