The FSP uses the same renovation technique.

How much are they asking for it.  I have a way to finance the coffee shop.

That would be cool, since that is close to us.

Very nice, but I wonder what the bill is to heat 4800sqft with propane ?

I mean I guess if you can affored the 500 gs but still.

It also has 2 apts to help with the mortgage.

Anyone have any info on that coffee house?

It has piqued my interest, as the apartments would be ideal for my family to live in, and frankly I love coffee!

I am curious if anyone here has ever gone to this coffee shop.

JaneDoe

Damn, competition for the place.

Is there anyone else looking at it Scott? I dont want to screw you by inquiring, and the agent(s) smelling 'blood' in the water and trying to ratchet the price or terms if you decide to go with it. However, give the state of affairs in the Peoples Republik of Kullyfornia, and the way the company I am working for is being ruined by Sacred Cows, I need to get to NH!

Looking to own a business. I am tired of being yanked about by 'the man'. Even if the man is my Dad and Uncle!

My wife and I have contemplated many options, and I showed her this one today. She was amazed by the apparently low cost of entry. Remember that we live out here in Kalipornia, so there are quite a few things that are out of whack.

The other nice positive is that this location, both the physical location of this shop, and its geographical location may help me launch the secondary consulting career I have been toying with starting. And giving a place for my wife to 'work' while still being at home, and myself as well, really gets me excited.

Apparently this coffee shop/internet cafe has managed to not put up a website of any sort. Somewhat ironic since it is also a 'net cafe.

Russell Kanning

If one of you guys buys this shop, we will have to hang out there often. It is only 7 miles from our house in north Keene to Marlborough.
Lloyd might become a daily fixture there when he moves up. 8)

I was thinking about this coffee shop, and something came to mind. Acceptance of different styles of payments.

I know there are quite a few 'gold bugs' and I have heard of the liberty dollars, but dont know all that much of it. Also eGold etc. I would accept barter, though it will be tough to trade me a fish for a cup of coffee if my reefer is already full of fish!

Is there any other foreign currency out there backed by something other than a printing press, and a pile of debt? I guess this could be its own thread...
