Shouldn't it be Concord Brewing since it is in Concord?

I was wondering that myself.

The name was already taken from what I've heard.

It's my understanding that it was registered with Manchester Brewing when plans were to base it out of Manchester.  But the "brewing environment" was more friendly in Concord and so he kept the name, because it really doesn't matter (the individual Beer Names are what people remember and he didn't want to give more money again, to a lawyer and gov. bureaucrats for a bunch of overpriced paperwork).

I ended up driving out by myself and had a great time. Bought a case and brought it back to Keene. Got pretty schnockered off one of them a day or two later.

It would be nice if someone were to start brewing a good mead that I could buy when I don't have the time or materials to brew some myself.

I am with you! I would LOVE some delicious mead.

The Mancester Brewing web site isn't responding, and there haven't been any posts about it for a while.

Did it not work out?

That is correct.  NH law was changed slightly this year to make something like Manchester Brewing slightly more likely to be successful in the future.  Is it enough?  I doubt it.  The law will likely need to be changed again.

Well, darn, I didn't make it up here soon enough. Bummer.

Thanks. I hope it wasn't a complete loss.
