Yesterday the 25th at about 11:35am I was listening to the MPD on www.scanamerica.us What a surprise when the following exchange gets my attention:

Dispatch:  "He has a protection order from Laura Thibideau,  he is also flagged in house, 37, uncooperative,  possible free stater and gang affiliate."

Cop: "Check Arron Devlin 24. He's in the area. He's out of his mind. We picked him up and brought him to the CMC (Catholic Medical Center) yesterday. Dealing with him now on another issue. Yesterday on the day shift we brought him to the CMC. He advised me he was crazy. That's what he said."

This sounds very ominous to me. We may be the subject of some unknown MPD "Watch List" This needs to be followed up as soon as possible.

Is there any validity that Arron Devlin is a Freestater?
Is he also A gang member? By extension, is the Free State project a gang in the eyes of the MPD?

Here is the MP3 file. The action starts at:  7:50 and goes to  10:05

It's important to be precise here.  What was actually said was:

possibly a free stater and also gang affiliate.

'also' is pretty important there.  Whether it's legal for the PD to keep records of an individuals' private club membership I dunno.  Perversely it might lead to better treatment, since most Free Staters know their rights.  Not that I'm recommending the practice.

First time Russell went to jail they asked for gang affiliations.   Think he told them freestater.

It wouldn't surprise me.  Doubtful they see us as allies.

There was an article a while back about how they are working to expand penalties for "gang leaders":

QuoteThe new bill aims at only those who function as a "leader, organizer or supervisor" of a group of three or more "whose primary purpose is to engage in or promote criminal conduct." For a felony charge, for example, gang leaders could face a charge of 10 to 30 years.

I'm not sure what the legislation number was, so I have no way of knowing if it passed.  Whatever the case, it seems like something they could use against "free staters".

It sounded to me like it was  David Partrage who was
flagged as a possible free stater.

yup, at 6:18.  Google says he's a champion smallmouth bass fisherman.  Dunno about FSP.

I'm told the bill Ian mentioned didn't pass, fortunately.  Apparently it would have classified the NH House as a gang in its wording, so obviously ITL.

This thread is now being discussed on this thread:  :o

i like how they make reference to free stater and gang affiliate after stating the individual is being uncooperative.

When Bill & Ivy were busted in Manchester she had three pages of contact information almost all of whom are Freestaters.  I heard that the pigs copied it and maybe faxed it somewhere.
I'm guessing they compared that list to the phone book and probably check everyone they stop to see if they are on the list.

"Possible Free Stater and Gang Affiliate"

From the Government Spin Zone,....I find the connection of any group to also being a gang interesting. this new manipulation:.

If you're a member of any organization, (not counting the peaceful gov. of course), then you are also, suddenly, an instant Gang Member as well....and everyone knows, if you are a Gang member, then why you must be evil!

(it's brilliant if you're trying to keep your enforcers feeling less guilty about shakin' down peaceful people,  but of course it's revolting as it gives everyone one more reason to fear the g force.
