Just got a Porc 411 message that Ivy was arrested at her hearing. It appeared to be preplanned. Please post updates as you get them. I couldn't open a second Porc 411 message that might have given more details.

second message was basically updating us that bill went to represent ivy because even though they had just arrested her they called her name for the hearing.

bill tried to rep resent and was basically bullied by the prosecutor and a bit by the judge.

all of a sudden the bailiff said that someone was recording - seems like it didnt make sense how they became aware of that situation because it was an unknown person audio recording with a camera on their lap not visibly doing recordings - then another 45 minute recess was called

sounds like they are setting people up just based on the pre-arranged ivy arrest and now as the judge was gathering information about Bill he calls another 45 recess - which begs the question why - logically so they can run bill's name and information and see if there is a warrant so they can arrest him too?

someone needs to put a stop to this and fast!

That's exactly why.

;D All joking aside, I think that's what I had last time I was there, and it was truly a delicious meal.

Mike Barskey and I were trying to record the proceedings with a camcorder, without having asked their "permission" beforehand by filling out their forms. The bailiff didn't like it.

Mike had to leave, and I ended up filling out their forms so I could video the proceeding. The judge actually lets the parties in court object to their proceeding being recorded; obviously the defense had no objection in this case, and (obviously, too) the prosecutor tried to put up a couple bullshit arguments about us not being "real media" and not getting the forms filled out soon enough. Amusingly, the judge shot down both arguments. ;D
