I left four and a half FEET of snow in PA and when I arrived in Grafton found only one half INCH of snow in my driveway.  I think all those stories are propaganda from the ski resorts to attract customers.

You did miss a great weekend.  Potluck Friday at the man-cave, Will Buchannan crossing the border, and Second Thanksgiving at Jim and Lauren's.

Pack up and move. 8)

It's New England so you never know what you're going to get, so it's no propaganda. Believe me we get plenty of snow most winters. Thankfully.

The ski resorts make their own snow... it's nice and deep.

You should have been here last winter. Now that was some snowfall!

Pat K

4 and 1/2 feet! Yikes! So I guess Grafton is like
going to the FL Keys for you. ;D

its funny I watch southern states get hit with lots of snow, and I sat up here yesterday in 60 degree weather.  Just ice, no snow yet.

(then I heard that we're expecting snow {in boston} all next week)

the old quote "if you don't like the weather, wait a minute" should be changed to the one I heard on family guy yesterday

"if you don't like the weather, move the hell back where you came from"

That's what I've been saying for years, that and if you don't like New England weather and it bothers you so much that I have to hear about it everytime we get snow, then please move somewhere you'll be happy, 'cause I REALLY don't want to hear your bitching.

GREAT!  I was thinking about installing a wood-fired boiler.  He knows how to handle them.  ;)

Pat K's griping can offset the DOT employees' cheering...  ;)
