the old quote "if you don't like the weather, wait a minute" should be changed to the one I heard on family guy yesterday

"if you don't like the weather, move the hell back where you came from"

That's what I've been saying for years, that and if you don't like New England weather and it bothers you so much that I have to hear about it everytime we get snow, then please move somewhere you'll be happy, 'cause I REALLY don't want to hear your bitching.

Hell yes.  I can't believe how many area natives I run into who hate snow and/or cold, and have lived here their whole lives.  What's up with that??  This is America, baby; if you don't like it in this part of the country, MOVE.  Or else STFU and let the rest of us enjoy the pretty snow.

I enjoy the snow for the most part, but more than that, I accept it.  To have real winters, means we have cooler summers, and I hate the heat.  To get along well in the cold you only need to accept reality and have a few coats, hats, gloves, for mild cold, and cold-cold.  Oh, and drive a little more cautiously on the roads.  The NH winters are highly overrated, they have real winters of course, but people have survived and thrived for thousands of years before the advent of modern home heating.
