She should have shown the skinning and checking of the squirrels vital organs to make sure it was healthy and good to eat. You always want to check the squirrels liver for spots, and the heart as well as it's the best indicator of if the animal has any diseases.

Also I have heard squirrel stew is good as it takes some of the "gamey" flavor out of the meat. But I have never eaten squirrel just what I heard while looking into survival techniques.

Calling it cute as she puts the cleaned corpse in the pot is a bit creepy.

My Nana in Connecticut used to have my cousin go get dinner off the tree , yeah a squirrel.

I used to see squirrel butt sticking out of a pot on the stove and go cry somewhere no one could see me.   I didn't eat it either.

Isn't that cook lady's life idyllic and wonderful?

If she could only be elected President of the United States, all of the world would be idyllic and wonderful too.   :)

Jim Johnson

Yes, No and maybe.

I'm just saying... look how perfect that persons life is.
She has a beautiful clean kitchen with soothing music playing in the back ground.
She has time to go hunting with her son and do the cooking.
