I was speaking with Lauren about the letters that I had sent to her in jail, apparently she didn't receive some of my letters and I did not get any of them returned to me.

Any letters I send to the jails from this point on will have to be numbered and logged.

I recommend that others do the same.

Are you planning on doing something about the letters they throw away?

Tom Sawyer

The nice folks at the prison suggested that we bring charges against them.

I could write a letter to the Postmaster General asking for an investigation.

It couldn't help... I mean hurt... maybe there is another crack in the wall.

If they are destroying mail for Lauren I bet they are doing it to others.

I have a letter that was returned to me a week or so ago.  The postmark appears to be dec. 2, with another that appears to be dec. 9, and a return to sender.  Lauren did not get out till the 6th, I think.

Obstruction of the mail is a Federal offense. 18 USC 1701, 1702.

Get the bureaucracies, Federal and State, fighting with each other. ;D

Sam may be able to help with this.

I think things are going to become even more interesting with Sam here  :D

if they are all dated and each page numbered, then you can track them pretty well
