so how are people's new years resolutions turning out?

Didn't make any; never do.

But so far our mutual goal of exercising, eating better, losing weight, and getting in shape is going well. I bought Mary a bicycle for Christmas (her request), and snagged a free bike for myself from craigslist (no relation) the day after Christmas.

We've been riding every day through our small neighborhood, and are looking forward to expanding our range.
