I can't get the tag tag tagged

Maybe someone can help me with adding a tag.  In my topic about car licenses I thought I'd add the tag of "tag".  I can get to the "add tag" screen but I can't change the default of "Tag to Add".  I can highlight it but I can't change it, or delete it, or paste over it.

Anyone have advice?

You are not allowed to add tags to that topic.
