Judges send kids to for profit prisons, allegedly makes 2.6 million in kickbacks

Judges help detention center land $58 million contract with local county then "guarantee the operators a steady income by detaining juveniles, often on petty stuff."  Judges have alleged to have made $2.6 million in kickbacks.
