...concerning my refusal to comply with certain city and state vehicle extortions. This is a public forum, so it may not be in my benefit to discuss..

Anyone who would like the details may pm me and I will email my "plan" on Saturday, the 7th.

Fluff and Stuff

This is just awful  :'(  Bill Walker's trail starts at 8:15 am in Manchester on that day.  I've already agreed to go to his trial.  Keep me updated if your court date gets changed again.

Or is Bill's trail going to be moved because it is a Jury trail and those are suspended in NH?

Lumpy

I HATE not being there!  We are still in Michigan and man do I want to be there with you.  We're only here temporarily until the house is staged well for sale...  yes, we already live in Keene but we've certainly not spent much time there.

Jared

hey, long time no see! ill try to be there, but i may not be able to. it's been tough to get away from work lately : /

Ivy asked me to post this:—

QuoteBill's trial is not a jury trial, and it is not moved.  Still February 9 at 8:15am

The thread over here is being kept much more up to date.

cynthia

I will be at Murphy's tonight if anyone wants to chit-chat strategies with me.

Fluff and Stuff

I didn't see you at Murphy's but I was only there from 5 til 8:30pm and really tired so maybe you were there.  Of course, it snowed around 3 inches last night and I spent an extra 30 min driving home.  Not many people were at Taproom - maybe less than 40, and I blame the weather.

cynthia

Oh, I arrived around 8:30, the snowstorm got goofy and slowed us down. There was still a nice crowd there, and I really like the set-up/flow of the back room. Ridley interviewed me on the second floor(well, I wasn't on the floor) and I was able to engage in some productive discussions about Monday's forced visit.

Lumpy

We can't be there as we are still out of state but I'm staying tuned to this thread in hopes we hear more!
Got some numbers to the judge?  You know, no matter where we are, we can at least make calls to the court, bench, "judge" or whatever they want to call themselves.

Good Luck tomorrow cynthia.   :ahoy:

FWIW

Breath deeply and evenly.
Concentrate on the center of your body.

When you are calm you will know exactly what to say, because you have said it many times to yourself.

If you become excited, frustrated or overwhelmed, return to your center.

Everything that they say and do is almost always wrong, the only thing you can do is tell them that they are wrong.

Sorry I won't be there, Cynthia. It's a bit of a drive for me.

I will be eager to hear how it goes. Good luck!

Cameras disallowed because Ridley Report is not an "established media".  I guess if I'd been more prepared I could have filmed for her.

Cynthia asked the Dover cop a lot of questions.  She seemed to think there was some vendetta against freestaters going on.  Thugs wanted to introduce Ridleo as evidence against Cynthia.  The judge didn't allow it.  Her closing argument was sounding real interesting, but then the prosecutor objected to it and now she has 3 weeks to submit it in writing.  There should be a ruling in ~3 weeks + 10 days.

That's the bare bones of it.
