Friday

The U.S.P.S. returned my electric bill payment, stamped "No such street".  The pre-addressed mailing address of National Grid is perfectly centered in the celophane window.  I'm thinking the local post office only sees.... MILLIONS... of these envelopes each month.   ::)

Does this mean my electricity is free this month?   :D
Or that I get to pay a late fee through no fault of my own.  And double postage.  >:(

Consumer Reports says that the USPS is the best of any delivery services, even packages.  Their prices are LOWER!??!

go figure you could save money for the consumer if you don't pay rent on your property, property tax, or state controlled utilities.
