The Milford cop who arrested Jesse went into the courtroom with his hat on, BTW.

Mike also asked if he there was an earlier courtdate available and the judge said there wasn't.  I wonder if Teri and Mike could arrange with the court to trade courtdates.

I've been carrying a small, cheap HD video camera with me at all times now. I won't so much as get out to buy gas without it in my pocket.

It's thinks like this that make me cling to that thing like it's my life line. I don't think I'd part with it and it's getting clearer and clearer that it's dangerous to do so.

Jesse and Charlie have been let out. February 25th is their court date.

Oh, I guess this belies the notion that there wasn't an earlier courtdate available for Mike  ::)

I was just thinking on this.... but then, the State might want some time to put together a case so they can ramrod Mike as hard as they can.

Probably won't even be polite enough to bring lube.

The rules don't apply to the fuzz. Hats and guns are OK, as long as it's a cop carrying them. Some men are created more equal than others.

When did the gun charge happen? This is news to me.

kellie

What is the nature of the gun charge? Are they claiming that the firearm in his car was loaded?

Kat Kanning

It was all from the same traffic stop for speeding where Teri had an open container.  They say Mike had a loaded gun with no concealed carry papers.

So if someone calls the jail, ask if he'll be able to make calls or write letters if he's not fingerprinted, and if he can, how do we send money for his commissary.

I just did. He can make phone calls and write letters without complete booking. The money can be put for his commissary by appearing at the jail in person or by calling 888-288-9879 or visiting http://pcsdailydial.com/

Loaded gun? They wouldn't lie, would they? :)

BTW, he pled not guilty to all 6 charges.

His boss is a good man, but I'm not sure what will happen.
