Caught on tape:  Videographer's attempt to charge camera...leads to backpack search.  This is an uncommon occurrance at the New Hampshire state house, where metal detectors are not deployed and firearms are not forbidden.

What are they looking for since guns aren't banned?  Drugs?  Copies of the Anarchist Cookbook?
